Listen you won’t find a better deal in Clarksville. Price was the lowest I could find, and they go the extra mile to make sure you are taken care of. I missed an appointment due to my Realty office not giving them a lock box code. They did not charge me at all and were extremely helpful and prompt in rescheduling. They contacted the office themselves. Customer service absolutely excellent. Easy process. Best little company in the area hands down.

They did a great job cleaning the house – we got our entire deposit back, which I can’t say has always been the case with other cleaners/rental companies. But perhaps more importantly, Ally (who runs the business and coordinated everything with me) is one of the nicest people I’ve ever talked to. There was a slight issue (unrelated to the cleaning) and she called right away and was very genuine and amended the problem right away. Absolutely 100% recommend. If I still lived in the area, this is who I would call next time I move. Thanks, Ally.

I called this cleaning company to clean our house for move in the house is not that filthy , just dusting and kitchen cabinets and appliances cleaning but I want it cleaned before we move in and we have a request that window jams should be cleaned since there’s not much to clean unfortunately only 2 windows were cleaned garage not even swept glass door not even wiped, bathroom tub not even clean and can you imagine the lady cleaning the house has only ONE washcloth to clean the entire house, we paid the exact amount ($240) (3-BR & 2 bathrooms) the owner should screen her worker first if they know how to clean if there’s lower than one star that’s the rate I will give this company. To make my experience short my experience was VERY BED me and my Husband is not happy with the service of this company and the owner has the nerve to get the advance payment even the cleaning is not yet done. Please save your money this company is not worth a single penny service is so bad, cleaner is late, she doesn’t know what’s she’s doing or how to clean.VERY VERY BAD SERVICE 😞🤦‍♀️😞 Please don’t call this company for your cleaning needs…

We recently moved to the area and called several cleaning companies. Southern Home was responsive and quoted a competitive price. Angela cleans our home and does a great job. She is thorough and pays attention to detail. She has been very helpful and has been responsive to our requests, especially the shower. I would recommend Angela to clean your home without reservation.
