Coverall has been a great place to work. I have been with the company for 5 years and plan to stay for many more. This company supports work-family balance and has been very flexible to my needs as a mother of 3. The office staff is amazing, I really enjoy working with everyone. Coverall has also helped me grow personally and professionally. There is a lot of room for advancement in management. Working for Coverall was one of the best choices I ever made.

I have worked at Coverall for a little over 3 years now and have loved it! I started off at the Lexington office then moved to Louisville and was able to transfer offices. So thankful because I did not want to change companies. Throughout my time, I’ve been given the opportunity to learn, grow, openly express myself and my opinions, and improve my professional abilities. They have always been there to help along the way and truly want the best for their employees. Coverall offers good pay and benefits. On top of that, we’ve always been very team oriented and do “team building” activities very often. It’s great to work somewhere that not only cares about my professional life and goals, but my personal life and goals as well. Highly recommend!

I have worked at the Louisville support office for over a year now in accounting and I absolutely love it. The office works as a team and is always trying to be helpful towards each other. My boss handles any problems quickly and always listens when someone has a concern. Generally enjoy waking up and coming here every day (and I have had plenty of jobs where I dreaded coming in). Definitely a great place to work

We had Anaely and her team clean our new office space this past weekend and were blown away by how much effort and care she put into cleaning. We have a large office so we are planning on having her back this weekend and our team is looking forward to seeing the transformation in the office. This has been a huge boost of morale for everyone. Their marketing specialist Candace has also been so sweet and responsive. I have always been contacted back within just a few hours. We look forward to working with Coverall again.

Did not feel welcomed at the interview. Very stiff. Jamie had to search for a interview form because she wanted to give me a formal interview in which she clearly doesnt do so as often. Met all qualifications for the job yet during the interview I was asked, “do you think you’re smart enough to pick up things quickly?” Will you be willing to do what we ask?” As if I was not equal to the staff. Then after I completed my interview she says, “here stick around to take a computer skills test. (for this janitorial company.) Made it seem like it was extremely complex. The company pays well, and she didn’t want me to have the position. There was no diversity in the office, and I clearly wasn’t a good pick for her to go bowling with on Saturdays. Good luck!
