Austin and Total Impact Cleaning were awesome. Scheduling was easy and convenient. The difficulty of getting a contractor to show up at all is half the battle. He was right on time as scheduled. Something our dog ate didn’t agree with her and she had an accident all over the carpet. Why do they head straight for the carpet, anyway? I won’t even describe the horror. But, Total Impact Carpet Cleaning saved the day. They were fast, professional, and I thought very reasonably priced. I just felt compelled to give them a shout out. I sincerely hope you never encounter what I witnessed today, but if you need carpets cleaned they are top notch.
