I had a terrible experience with Kaufman Carpet Cleaning. I booked them last week and explained that it was for a property that I am listing as a Realtor (ie.. I don’t live there). They said I would be “called” 30 minutes before the technician showed up between 9-12. I received no call, but a text that I could not reply to or communicate with, saying that the technician would be there shortly. I left my aunt in the hospital immediately and got there within 20 minutes. I waited, I waited, I waited. Finally, I called the office and was told that the technician got there, called me twice (I had no missed calls or voice mails), nobody was there, so he left. I asked the person at the office if he could come back and was told that “he had a full day. Would I like to reschedule for another day?”. I was having 3 rooms cleaned. He filled in the time that quickly? I asked that she have the manager or owner call me. Of course, nobody ever called me back. If you want to work with a company that has no respect for your time, hire these folks. If you don’t mind that the lazy technician apparently lies to cover his butt, hire these folks. If you don’t care that the owner and/or manager doesn’t care enough about their business to follow up with unhappy clients, go ahead, call these folks. I have no idea how they clean carpets, but based on everything else, I wouldn’t have high hopes.

Kaufman did an amazing job on my living room and foyer carpet. I’ve tried with my own steam cleaner, but there were still stains everywhere. Michael came out and literally got every stain out. I’m amazed. The steps look brand new. Highly recommend. Oh, and I forgot to mention my house smells so clean!! I can’t wait for the kids to get their bedrooms cleaned so they can come out and do the bedrooms next 🙂

I highly recommend Kaufman’s for carpet cleaning, air ducts and water extractions. They helped us when we needed an ozone machine to clean up a smell. Friendly team, helpful and knowledgeable. They have been in business over 50 years. They are doing something right!
