There are so many wonderful things to say about Rick’s service. First and foremost, the carpet and rug cleaning performed at our home was impeccable! Second, the price was right on point. As far as customer service, Rick’s rises above the bar. I always appreciate a relationship-based approach to providing a service. I thoroughly enjoyed conversing during the cleaning service and found it to be quite easy to do. It was as if I was a client of Rick’s for ages. I rarely write reviews. It requires a stellar experience for me to do so. My expectations were far exceeded making it pertinent to share my experience and recommend Rick’s.

Rick was able to come out and complete my request to treat our bedrooms for pet odors and he was completed within about an hour and a half. He answered multiple questions professionally and explained the why behind them. He’s professional, quick and knowledgeable. Call Rick!

Professional. Exceptionally courteous. Timely and efficient. Truly proud of the quality service he provides. Thats the short and sweet answer as to why I’d recommend Rick’s Professional Carpet (and Upholstery!) Cleaning. If you’ve read this far you’re a lot like me and read through lots of reviews of carpet cleaners trying to figure out the best bet. Rick is your best bet. I’m glad I didn’t let aesthetically pleasing websites and marketing fool me! I called Rick and he immediately offered to stop by to give me a free quote to clean the carpets in our home. He had time to stop by the same day. We got on his schedule and as promised showed up on the date and time and completed his cleaning in the time he quoted. Carpets looked better than when we moved in! He really takes great pride in his services and you can really tell he loves his job. Didn’t try to oversell or hassle me into anything beyond what I wanted. He’s a local small business owner and I love that he is proud of his work! You’ve got to appreciate that—it is so rare to find someone that enjoys cleaning! I would recommend him to anyone in an instant.

My lovely dog had stained my carpet pretty bad. Rick got up all the stains! He was very friendly and flexible with my schedule. Awesome service!

I’ve been having Rick shampoo all the rentals I’ve managed since 2008.He has saved so many carpets I thought of replacing.He also has taken care several floods I’ve had,making the tenant feel very satisfied there won’t have to worry about mold. He and his staff are true professionals.

I had a pretty stubborn stain to deal with and Rick followed up after several times to see how it turned out after drying. He came back over after the stain was still slightly visible and made another pass at it. He was able to get the rest of the stain up. It’s not often that you get someone following up after to make sure a challenging project turned out.
