No issues with the actual service. They arrived on time and did a fine job. Only “lesson learned” is that I highly recommend having them come out to give an accurate estimate if you, like me, are only doing this as part of your lease move out agreement and want to go with the cheapest option. I was given one estimate on the phone which I took to be a very accurate number but the technician who actually showed up ended up charging almost 25% more than the estimate. I will still give them 4 stars though because after contacting the owner they refunded a large portion of the difference.

I am amazed at how unprofessional Holmes Carpet Cleaning is. This company supposedly cleaned the carpet of the home I moved into. The day that I moved in, there were piles of dog hair lining the walls and baseboards and when I vacuumed, a significant amount of dirt and hair was picked up by my machine. I called the company and asked them to come take a look at the horrible job that was done and re-clean the carpet. Dawn initially apologized and agreed to clean it for me free of charge being that it had supposedly been cleaned less than a month ago (during which, no one was living there). However, the next day called me and decided he had suddenly changed his mind after sleeping on it and will now have to charge me $190. I see this as completely unprofessional of them to go back on their word for no reason and have no desire to correct the horrible job that was done on the carpet. I’m extremely disappointed with my experience and would NOT recommend using this wishy-washy company.

Dave and Don helped us clean up the impossible and made our carpet look and smell like new again! These are the professionals you need to call for any cleaning and they are especially great for your tough jobs!

Excellent – very pleased with the carpet cleaning! Professional and pleasant. Carpet was refreshed and even pet stains removed. Had two old dark stains (dried dog vomit) and he did his best to remove them. They are not gone but now not so noticeable. Cost- very reasonable!!!
