I’ve been with Team MJV with over a year now and since the time I started, things took a serious 180 in a good way. People started getting the training they need, management issues have been (and still are) improving, and the atmosphere has greatly improved lately here. As an employee who works under and closely with management daily, I can state that management to some degree does care about their workers, they work to mitigate mistakes they’ve made in the past, and they give people a fair chance. They have made great strides in dealing with crooked management practices and have started cracking down on it which make me proud to work here! They’re not perfect but they’re doing a lot better than when I had started and that’s where my 5 stars come from is continual improvement, which I believe is a fair and just metric on how the company is doing!

I have been with the company since September 2023. I love the job, they work with me when I am sick or need a day off or whatever! I love the fact that we work as a team and get things done and done right. They have been really great with giving me time off because of my husband being sick and in the hospital.
