I had a scheduled appointment for someone to come out and give me an estimate on stretching and cleaning at my parents condo, and they were a no-show. I called and left a message in regard to the no-show. Lonnie did call me back promptly the next morning and apologized for the no show and informed me he had 16 jobs in my area that day, and that he should be able to stop by to give me an estimate and would call me when on his way…and yet again, I never heard from him or anyone else for that matter. Customer service these days has gone down hill for sure.

I had my ducts cleaned,, carpets, a couch, and a lazy boy. Lonnie did a fantastic job and was a pleasure to work with. nothing was terribly dirty, but I no longer have a kitty and wanted to make sure that dander wasn’t a problem so my relatives who were allergic could come and visit. I would highly recommend this company

Wouldn’t you know, it’s ACTUALLY CLEAN!! Absolutely wonderful group of guys who came to our home last night. I have white carpets and they brought them back to life! Looks and feels so amazing in here. Thank you so much! I’ll definitely be using you in the future

Everyone at company was friendly. Easy to make appointment. Technicians called for arrival time. They were professional, friendly and efficient. The carpets looked great. I would reccomend them to any one.

Contacted the company to schedule a duct clean in my home following a remodel. When the techs arrived they informed me that they are not hvac certified and can only clean the ducts from the registers down through the ductwork and not from my actual furnace system. They aren’t authorized to to go into the existing plugged holes in the duct lines or drill new ones. Their equipment isn’t set up for that. That would have been nice to know at the time I called and made the appointment. Their equipment wouldn’t fit into my register openings either.
