The professional Molly Maids do a really fine job. It’s frustrating when you can’t clean your own home. But it’s also nice the Molly Maids do it in half the time it takes us. They have very reasonable rates!

Well, this was disappointing. I scheduled a move-in clean on Wednesday of last week. Today is Monday. I scheduled it online for this Thursday before I move to my new home. I will arrive on July 1st and just wanted it done before I get there so I wasn’t walking into a dirty house after a 4-day drive. I got an auto response from their website that they would be in touch, but 4 business days later, and 3 days before the scheduled clean I’ve had no communication. I called this morning to confirm the appointment and was told they weren’t going to be able to fit me in due to the upcoming holiday. I now have 3 days before I leave and no cleaner but they couldn’t be bothered to call me to let me know ahead of time. I didn’t accept the offer for the clean after the 4th, after I’ve been in the house for 3 days and will have had to do the cleaning myself. I was lucky and found another cleaner who will be there on Friday.

Michelle, the OWNER of molly maids is not keen on how to run a business/ keep employees. If anyone disagrees with her it throws her over the edge! i have never met an owner of a business who screams and cries as if she was a child not getting her way. Truly a terrible person to work for. She knowingly puts her workers in hazardous conditions without proper training/ safety gear to handle such things as bodily fluids, excrement, blood even! (OSHA violation)!! The workers have no idea what they are walking into most of the time & come with their basic cleaning supplies because Michelle cannot even do the bare minimum of an estimate on site for her workers! Michelle also lies about pay whenever you start out as a worker for her, maybe 2 employees out of 60-70 make what they were promised on their hire date. If you were thinking of hiring Molly maids , please take the time to research other services. If i could give Molly maids a 0 star review i would. Truly look for another cleaning service. Disgusting and dishonest behavior for a business owner, Michelle! Shame on you!

Michelle the owner of this business is very unprofessional and has never had a stable line of work through her business. she does not stick to her word and i would NEVER recommend working for or hiring this business regarding her neglectful attitude and wishy washy behavior.
