Awful experience here. They charged $280 for a supposed deep cleaning and were at my home less than 2 hours. They did not clean the microwave, the stove top, left fan blades dirty, didn’t make the bed or tidy up the couch, they didn’t clean the shower doors. I’m appalled at the job they did. Do not use them. There are a ton of cleaning services around. I should have done more research before hiring them. Will not be using again.

Very bad service, these people are unprofessional they won’t show up , whatever they promise they will never get . They promised us deep cleaning , 3 members will come and finish in 4 hours . Instead one lady showed up that after coming wasted 30 minutes on what to do and eventually in 3 hours without doing proper work .

They have stood me up twice first time we had a scheduled appointment for 9am – stayed home that day so I can meet who’s coming and introduce myself, no show didn’t call until 6pm talking about she can come in the next day because she was “busy” I declined, so I thought to give her a second chance scheduled another appointment for morning time, late around 10pm I got a text saying “a” will be coming at noon and that she will call me when they’re on their way! Until now haven’t heard from her! That’s very disrespectful for my time if you are able to take a job DON’T! Very poor service NOT recommended to anyone who value their time and the wants serious and honest services.

We moved into a new home and asked for a deep clean of the whole place. Didn’t bring a vacuum or mop or any cleaning supplies for that matter. It really didn’t get much clean unfortunately and charged us $400. Very disappointed.

Very poor, uneducated, and unrated cleaning service!! They didn’t came up with proper cleaning equipment – brush, bounty, sprays, mop, etc. Their manager Mariia was going back and forth with the cleaning ladies and us regarding money. They asked $200 for just one bathroom (bathtub, toilet, and floor) and kitchen (countertops, cabinets, range) and there time limit was 1.5 hrs. They didn’t clean the toilet well, there was dirt left. Kitchen cooktop was left with scratches and dirt at multiple places. When we asked to check and clean again they said they have already cleaned it and they could do only much. Their attitude was just to finish the job asap and leave with full money.
