The 2 person crew was on time for the window (actually a bit early), and worked until everything was finished. They properly charged for the time which was 2hr 20min for my 2 br/2 ba condo. Most issues were cleared; I think a cobweb or 2 in the ceiling escaped the duster but it was way better than when it started, and all of the surfaces they advertized were covered. I feel like the management vs the actual workers were 2 different entities, but the ones doing the work were professional and did everything I needed. I am in the process of selling my condo, and it was clean enough to receive an offer the first day on the market. So, the job was done successfully.

Alma and Marielena (Team #5) did an AMAZING job. They did a move-out/move-in clean for us despite us still having some stuff left in the house. They moved all the stuff as needed to clean AND they tidied up everything for us. They also added nice little touches like the TP and paper towels art 😂 …

I had two ladies come out to my home to clean and they were out there for 3 hours and 45 minutes. My house did need a deep cleaning. I chose Molly maid because of the great reviews I read about them. But you can’t believe everything you read.As the ladies were cleaning I noticed that they poured one of their buckets of dirty water down the kitchen sink, I thought that was gross. I also noticed when they were dusting they just used a dry cloth and let the dust fly everywhere. They also dusted the walls towards the ceiling and whatever dust fell on my dressers or furniture or clothes they left the dust on it. They also use just plain water on my old hardwood floors. All my furniture still has a thin layer of dust on it. I noticed as they left that they dumped another bucket of water right in the middle of my patio. Who does that? Also my house did not smell clean. They didn’t seem to use any cleaners of any type. My house actually smells bad after they left. Also they vacuumed my couch and my couch smells horrible. I have had to Lysol it everyday to try and get the smell out.I also tip these ladies very well and I am now sorry that I did. I called the office on Monday morning and the very nice lady in the office apologized and said she would give me a little discount. I really thought since I had so many issues that possibly the owner would have contacted me but she did not. every time I called there at noon I was told she’s already gone for the day, it must be nice to only work a couple hours a day and not care about your business or your clients.She still has not called me back and it’s been 5 days. Again she doesn’t care about her business or her clients. I will never use Molly maid again and I will tell everyone about my crummy experience, and that’s putting it nicely.

We were very happy with the deep cleaning Maria and Elvia did at our home Monday. They were very thorough, efficient and careful working around household items / shelf displays / etc. All spotless! We will continue to use their services.

We have used this Molly Maid location for many years! They have always done a fabulous job! It is always a pleasure to come into a wonderfully clean home after they leave been there. I highly recommend Molly Maids!! Daisy and Ruthie love them too!

My second time using Molly Maids. Angelica and Micaela were my techs both times. They are friendly and courteous. They were on time and did a very thorough job on cleaning. I recommend them highly. They are on team 2 and I enjoyed having them here with me which is why I gave them five stars. However, please be mindful there is a two hour minimum and a four dollar fee if payment is made by credit card. This information wasn’t provided to me at time of booking so just fyi.
