Trustworthy, being we were out of town when work was done… Efficient, got in got the job done right an quickly the first time… Professional an Punctual, the whole way through.. even went the extra mile by sending pictures for area of water damage and carpet cleaning, leaving area better than they found it! Hard to find the diamonds in the ruff these days. Family owned business, Would recommend to anyone. Thanks Robert and team, You guys are amazing!

Servdry (Palatine Office) completed carpeting cleaning of our office common areas that would very dirty and badly stained. Their representative did an excellent job. The results are amazing. I needed my carpets cleaned as part of a lease move-out. Servdry provided me a quote, was flexible with the scheduling, and completed the job just as expected. The carpet looked great – even got out some older coffee stains – and I got my full lease deposit back. Was happy with the work in every way!

I would recommend their service to anyone. Josh was on point and very pleasant to deal with. My couches look like brand new and the area rug no longer needs replacing. Fantastic job and will use them in the future.

Jeff is wonderful, responsive and knowledgeable in what he does. They use high tech equipment that was able to identify the problem areas where one would not be able to see without breaking out all the walls.

We had an incident over the weekend where our air conditioner wasn’t working correctly and had pushed water through the wall into our front foyer. We called the company who immediately deployed Robert and his team at ServDry who came within the hour on MEMORIAL DAY to dry us out. Robert himself and Alex came to our house, set up industrial grade fans and dehumidifiers, pulled out our base boards and began drying things out. Robert also took it on as his personal mission to make sure an 8 year old stain in our carpet (wine and Dr. Pepper that spilled in the same night) was removed when they came to get the dryers a few days later. He texted me for availability and sent Josh to our house who was there when he said he would be at 930, he came in, got the equipment and proceeded to remove the stain and clean the high traffic area in our living room. For reference I have had Service Master out in the past twice in the last few years and the stain has remained. Robert is set to come back this afternoon to put the baseboard back on. I am amazed at their quality customer service, impeccable communication and commitment to service. Its a dying art you don’t see anymore with companies. I STRONGLY recommend them to anyone needing water damage repair or carpet cleaning. Quality from beginning to end!
