We bought a house to move to Bensenville, but some mice moved in first and we needed a good cleaning after they were removed. The Merry Maids crew did an outstanding job – both efficient and thorough. We highly recommend this service, and will be definitely be using them again!

I needed a thorough clean before moving into my condo, and Mildreth, Giselle, and Dhaily did a fantastic job. I noted a couple specific areas that needed attention, and I was amazed by how well they tended to each detail. Would use Merry Maids again in a heartbeat!

I was using the service for about a year cleaning was not great ! But convenient for a busy family the last time I used them 1800 was stolen from my lock box . I filled out police reports and the company did absolutely nothing. I paid them that day and tipped all three women and they stole from me disgusting. I will never use them again or recommend them to anyone team 5. So Angry !

The home was completely vacant and I hired them to do a pre-move-in cleaning. $100 per hour for two people you would think they know how to clean. Dust left on top of the refrigerator, blinds, windowsills, did not clean cobwebs. Did not give the sink a good cleaning. Overall very disappointed with the quality of service and would absolutely never recommend them to anyone.

The cleaning service that was recieved was supposed to be a deep clean service and the service I received was a basic cleaning. I could tell that it was basic because there were still so many items that dust, including the fan blades, baseboards, kitchen cabinets, and yes the list can go on I am afraid. Our house isn’t very big, and we were charged $300 for 2 maids. One of the previous reviews is correct, the pricing per maid is $50 an hour and isn’t explained up front. After multiple attempts to contact the manager several times that day, he finally calls me back to advise me that he would refund me partial of the payment. He agreed that he felt the time spent on our house for a deep clean was too short. I still have not recieved partial refund. All I was truly looking for was John to make it right, possibly have a different crew come out to reclean. Obviously that did not happen. All John kept telling me is that his customers love their work and he doesn’t have to ask for good ratings. I find it funny because soon as the maids left I recieved several request for my feedback on the service. I am not sure how that matters when this customer feels ripped off and treated like their not a valued customer, especially when I am a first time customer. I will ensure to advise friends and family that this company and location does not care about the level of service they provide their customers nor the customers themselves. Try at your own risk.
