Easy to schedule but the overall job quality was mediocre. Many windows were still dirty, sills were not cleaned and the original quote was not accurate. We live in an old home and have storm windows. When they arrived they said the quote was only for them to clean 2 panes so it would be double. We opted to only have the storm windows cleaned and then there were some they didn’t clean thoroughly and didn’t mention. The sills were never touched even though they were in the quote. Ultimately, they sent someone to follow up and clean the sills but he dumped the dirt on the floor, left dead insects in the sills and it took over an hour. He genuinely thought he could clean almost 20 sills with one damp rag. the gutter job they did was fine and I wish I had just hired them for that only. The window cleaning was almost $500 and I will have to go back and reclean every window. This service may work for you if you have the newest double hung windows but any others likely you will be disappointed in the work.
