DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE. We had hired them for a Deep Clean and our cleaner did the bare minimum. She only wiped down surfaces/windows and vacuumed the carpets. When we got home there were still areas especially the bathrooms that were not cleaned. I was also incredibly disappointed to find out that our cleaner took my own personal cleaning supplies with her. Will not be using them again.

DO NOT USE! They Canceled on me day of and offered no help it getting some one on site. I had family arriving the next day and they would offer zero support or even try to remedy the issue.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!! This was our first time ever using a cleaning person. We paid $300 plus tip for a deep clean of our apartment. When we got home after 4 hours we couldn’t even tell what had been done. I specifically walked her through the areas that needed the most attention, and they were completely ignored.

MyClean pays for advertising to push themselves to the top of google searches when looking for a cleaner. I unintentionally clicked their link (first link) and booked my cleaning. This was 1 week prior to the date of the cleaning. They proceeded to cancel less than 24 hours prior to my cleaning after sending 2 confirmation emails. This was a move out clean the day we needed to vacate. Because of the unprofessional timing of MyClean cancelling my wife and I were unable to book another cleaner in this short amount of time. In short, MyClean’s practice of overbooking and cancelling at the last minute not only lost them business but also took the opportunity of having our unit professionally cleaned from us and created last minute, unwanted work for us.

Beware; Do not use this service. They said they would use “eco” products…but, their cleaning person did not and it damaged our range in the rental unit. When this was presented to them, they gave us the run around and came back and said they discussed this with the cleaning person and they said they only used soap. I explained that my wife had confirmed this was not the case…and they chose to stop responding or working to remediate the damage done.

Pathetic cleaning and bad attitude!!! Last moment cancellation !! Not trustworthy!! Unprofessional and horrible in doing their job. After Covid they don’t have many cleaners now. Very careless and bad attitude they broke my coffee maker by dropping it on the floor. Myclean even decline to address it and refund it. They will not even do the cleaning that mentioned in the basic checklist. Before Covid they were still fine.

Scheduled a cleaning over a week ago. Purchased a vacuum to ensure I received a good cleaning because their confirmation e-mail says they do not bring vacuums. My cleaning was scheduled to happen any time between 9am and 4pm. Received a confirmation e-mail the day before to then get a call at 11am that they were not coming. Wasted my time and was unable to get the service I planned for and needed. Highly unprofessional and disappointing.

Wouldn’t recommend this service — we spent $150 on a cleaning to come home to a dirty apartment. The faucets had not been properly wiped down (there was still toothpaste on the faucet in the bathroom) and there was dirt in the shower. There was dust on surfaces — bookshelves, the coffee table, etc. Part of the issue was likely that the cleaner arrived without supplies — our neighbor who let them in noted she arrived empty handed. Part of the reason we booked MyClean service is because the company advertised that cleaners come with their own materials (we’d been traveling and our apartment was not properly stocked).
