I’ve been using Bright Pro for my short term rental (airbnb/vrbo) for a few months and it’s been going great! Running the business from out of state, they have been my eyes and ears on the ground and alerted me to issues, and I’ve had all 5 star cleanliness reviews from guests. It’s very hard to find reliable and professional companies in this specific industry, but Bright Pro Maids solves that problem. Would recommend!

Cleaning is inconsistent. Some cleans are completed with attentiveness. Other cleans the complete opposite. This is not due to different cleaners because the same cleaner can be a hit or miss. Checklist will not always be followed. Basic cleaning such as washing dishes are missed. Towels are not folded neatly. Surfaces with stains. When problems are communicated, there is a series of questioning and unaccountability rather than addressing the problems.
