Did not meet expectation. Dude almost left without finishing my florida room which is all windows and the whole reason I outsourced the job in first place. Had to have him come back in and finish. Did not clean tracks and screens as quoted. Let the owner know I wasn’t satisfied with the level of service, he mentioned that one of the teammates walked out on the job that morning. Fair enough, that sucks. However owner was glad to take my full payment.

Very poor quality – the siding and gutters did not appear to be cleaned at all, and the windows actually looked worse than before they started. When I contacted the owner (Brandon), he arranged for a second cleaning. The second time results were not much better on the siding/gutters, and the gentleman who did the return work never went back and cleaned the windows. I suggest finding a higher quality company who cares about doing a good job. Don’t waste your money here.

We called one day and Brett helped us with a next day appointment! The cleaning team was professional, friendly and helpful! Windows look great! We will definitely use Shine for our window cleaning and call them for other services in the future. Shine ON!

This was by far the best experience ive ever had with a service company made the date to get my windows cleaned and they were on time and always made sure everything was going smoothly while working extremely hard. The price was more than fair for what they all did and they did it in a timely matter. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking for a good house detail company. The best!!

Overall, not very happy with these guys. Had a quote to have my windows and gutters cleaned in July. Gutter cleaning went well as they seem to be working ok two months later. Window cleaning, not so much. They were only able to do the interior of my windows the first go around. Understandable as a large storm was expected that day, but never ended up happening. They guys cleaning the interior windows did a B+ job which I would have been ok with, but they left dirty water drippings on my white carpet in 3 rooms of my house. Also, drippings left on multiple window sills and one wall in the master bath. I was told they would not be able to do my outside windows until 10 days later. Why couldn’t it be done the next day, I am not sure as it was due to be a nice sunny week? Fast forward about two weeks since that was the next time I could be home, and they did a C job at best on the outside. Multiple streaks on at least 30% of the windows, a few poorly reinstalled screens, and holes punctured into 3 of my 25ish screens. Brandon was not very apologetic and did not return my call for an inspection. Would not use them again and do not recommend. Joshua

We used Shine of Novi to clean our bridal shop windows. Brett was quick to return my call and send his estimate. He sent Nathan and Andrew to do the work. They were both very professional, polite and did an excellent job. I am so pleased I contacted Brett to give me an estimate to clean my windows as home

Very flexible and timely. My house looks so shiny and new after their visit 🙂 I plan on using them next time around
