I do not recommend. Our experience was terrible even after talking with owner. Person that came to my house was annoyed whenever I asked her to start in lower level v. upper when kids were sleeping. They NEVER cleaned our bathroom properly. When they left I would always have to redo my sons’ shower. I always found dust when they left. And, the floors were not always cleaned. They would skip entire areas. Do not recommend.

My daughter was donating at Salvaion Army on a Tuesday (their busiest day). An employee was leaving the Pro Touch building and going to work. They needed to get through the line that had formed. Instead of rolling her window down and explaining she needed to get through she SCREAMED at my daughter viciously. I mean like a maniac and went off on my daughter. She finished it by flipping her off. This is not the first issue people donating have had with this company’s unprofessional employees. They may clean well I wouldn’t know, but they have been RUDE, LOUD, AND MEAN on more than one occasion. I would never use their company based on this. If you want respectful cleaners look else where. My daughter (who is a minor was having a terrible day). You never know what someone is going through and this is unacceptable behavior for adults.

ProTouch did such a great job! My house gets so dusty and it’s a constant battle. So nice to come home and not see one speck of dust anywhere! My whole house sparkles!! Thank you ladies!
