I called Jollis as a favor to a friend whose husband passed unexpectedly and who needed her house cleaned before family showed up. The owner (I’m assuming) was quick to respond and move other customers around to accommodate, and she wanted to do an on-site inspection prior to giving me an estimate, so I arranged that with the grieving family. Afterwards, the family texted me to say that this cleaning person told them that god has a reason for taking the husband and then asked whether they were selling the house. This is totally inappropriate behavior; appalling. And I am so sorry that the family had to deal with this unprofessional insertion into their already awful week. The cleaning may have been good, but we weren’t even going to find out after those comments.

Scheduled her on short notice for a move-out cleaning. Visited us within 30 minutes for our quote and had the job done 2 days after. Fair price. Her team of 3 did a fantastic job cleaning the apartment, and it looked better than when I moved in!

Yolanda first arrived at our home before Christmas and did an assessment of the rooms we wanted/needed deep cleaned. We opted out of having our home professionally cleaned in 2020 before we closed so we could move in sooner and it still had a bunch of grime on baseboards/ceiling fans/walls. She looked around and gave us a price for rooms and windows and we thought it was reasonable and we had her schedule us in when she had an opening.Yolanda and her team arrived 1/6/24 and scrubbed floor to ceilings. Things we never thought of cleaning before was cleaned(like the lids to the washing detergent.Who thinks of that?!). They were so nice and professional and just got down to business. We are so happy and thankful for the amount of hard work they put in it’s honestly like we have a brand new home. I highly recommend getting her and her team to clean your home because they are just amazing.

Yolanda and her team did a wonderful job on a deep clean of our home. She has great attention to detail and even did a few extra things that we were not expecting which was a very welcome surprise. I don’t think our home has ever been so clean! We definitely recommend.
