I hired this company to do a move out clean on our rental and was told two girls were coming. Only one girl showed up and did nothing but clean 2 toilets and two showers. $628 later, we had to come in and clean all the cabinets, doors, appliances and more (everything they were suppose to do) and all serene cleaning did was refund $135. Don’t use this company. They are a joke and not honest.

Do not use this company! Its a scam. You will get charged with no service done! I have photos of my house and everything that was not touched. Read all the fine print on their website! Your house will not get cleaned and they will stand behind their fine print that makes it okay. I got charged $240 for nothing!

Naomi and Jessica are a dream team, both are very hard workers, listened to requests and were so easy to work with. My mom takes care of her two elderly sisters and we were all there during the cleaning process and Naomi and Jessica were pros with working around all of us, they were so cheerful and kind and we all soooo appreciate their attention to detail. My mom has some very high ceilings and lots of tiny antiques and collectables, it was not an easy job yet they did it with flair and without complaint. Thank you!
