Failure to train employees. In violation of right to work state and federal laws. Failure to provide clients quality service by providing employees adequate resources. This company is a disgrace.

I started out as an Ops Supervisor full time on the night crew. I really enjoyed the job, but most especially loved working with the Cleaning Specialist on the night crew. I enjoyed going into the office before every shift and getting to know the office crew before our nightly Ops meetings. I came to a point where I demoted myself, became a float and worked only part time. The staff in the office supported my decision and helped me in whatever way they could. Never once was I made to feel less than. I was a part of the team no matter what I needed to do for me. I saw many times over where employees were very supported whether it was due to needing time off for medical reasons or a death in the family or the loss of a vehicle. The people that work here would jump through hoops for their employees. I would work here again!

I have been working for fbg for almost 2 years now and I can say that I do not plan on leaving this company. Fbg has treated me like a family since day one. Fbg actually listens to you and are willing to help you. I have never heard of Esop(Employee stock ownership) until joining Fbg. So many oppertunities for employees. I would highly recommend joining Fbg Family team!

I have worked for FBG on a number of occasions and each time has been better than the last. FBG is a very friendly and professional atmosphere that really focuses on quality, and is full of opportunity. Everyone that is apart of the FBG family takes care of one another and there is never a question left unanswered. If you are looking for a great working opportunity FBG is a tremendous place to start.

I have worked for FBG for over a year and have really enjoyed my time here. Coming from retail/restaurants it is amazing to work in an industry where the hours can be flexible around my own schedule, it really has improved my work/life balance. I also enjoy the fact that I have the ability to work in larger teams or by myself. It really helped me find the work environment that I thrive in.
