I can’t say enough positive things about A Step Above Cleaning Service. Kim went out of his way to help with a situation on a weekend to make sure that things were taken care of, and done in the correct and professional way. I wouldn’t hesitate to use them for any commercial or residential need. As a realtor, it is imperative to have a service that can be trusted and relied on, and A Step Above is it!

Nick showed up on time with a carload of cleaning supplies. Some of the tools he had were things I didn’t even know existed Nick went straight to work. He was nothing but professional and polite. He cleaned my bathroom from top to bottom including using a steam up on sone humidity stains on the ceiling. Nick shampooed all of the carpets throughout my house. My shower curtains were too far gone, so he replaced them for me from some that I had on hand. Of all of the things that he did while he was at my home, the most amazing service was cleaning my bathtub. I was astonished when I saw how white and clean it was. I don’t think I have ever seen it that clean even when I moved in! Nick was very respectful while he was here because I was unable to leave; I barely noticed he was in my home. In the end it was a complete transformation and I cannot recommend this company more. Absolutely impressive work! Thank you, Nick and thank you to everybody at A Step Above!

After enduring a prolonged illness, I had very little motivation or desire to clean my residence. I contacted a Step Above Cleaning and got a reasonable/fair quote from the owner. The owner/operator, Kim, was helpful, friendly, accomodating, and professional. Kim sent one of his staff members, Nick, to clean my residence and Nick showed up dressed professionally with a caddy of cleaning supplies and his own vacuum. I was impressed with the organization, preparedness, and condition of equipment/supplies. I got out of Nick’s way and “allowed him to work his magic”. Nick had an easygoing manner, worked around me, and completed his tasks efficiently. Besides being efficient, the service provided was thorough and done well. My satisfaction was enhanced by the “details”/thoroughness that other contract cleaners have missed in the past. It is the additional small things that, in my opinion, makes A Step Above Cleaning Service a definite step above.

The linoleum tile floor in my kitchen, bathroom and hallway is as old as my house; it was built in the 1950s. When I moved in, the floor looked old and beat up. It looked dirty from the get-go. I had tried and tried to get it clean, but there was wax buildup and gunk and stuff that was ground into the tile so deeply that I just couldn’t do anything with it. I thought it was permanent. Along came Ray with A Step Above… and thank goodness! He showed me exactly what had been happening to the floor and what was incorrectly being used on it. Ray had every tool known to man and was down on his hands and knees working on my floor for hours and he had a trash bag FULL of wax and debris. I could not believe my eyes. He was so professional and thorough. His standards were much higher than mine Ray told me what cleaning products and mops NOT to use and how to maintain the floor so that it retains its like-new appearance. When I tell you I was embarrassed by my floor I am not lying. I I always felt anxious that my guests were thinking how “dirty” I am or lazy I must be to have a floor that was so filthy. Well, not anymore. Thank you soooooooo much! I owe Ray and A Step Above my eternal gratitude. I could not recommend them with any more exuberance!

These guys are fantastic! When I inquired about services I received a response right away and they made it super easy to get a quote. They have now been to my home four times (biweekly cleanings) and I couldn’t be happier with the job they do. I have had many housekeepers throughout the years and these guys are one of my favorites. They work their butts off when they’re here and the house looks fantastic when they leave. They’re also super nice! I highly recommend A Step Above Cleaning!

We were very impressed with the work of A Step Above Cleaning Services. They did a deep clean of our home. Kim Paul asked carefully about what we wanted done, took notes of my answers. The team of three worked quickly, but with attention to details. We were delighted with their work, and would hire them again without question. Their fee was reasonable. We highly recommend them.
