We used Supreme Property Solutions for our front porch! It’s absolutely stunning! We were happy with the customer service we received from them and they kept us informed while getting the permits. This is my second time using this company as a few years ago they installed a carport on the back of my house!! Highly recommend!!

We used Supreme Property Solutions to build us a new cage after Ian demolished it. We interviewed six other companies and decided to go with SPS because they built a very robust cage. They used large posts and beams, aling with 7 in screws just to.mention a few of their normal build. We had to wait a while for them to start but it was well worth the wait. I would recommend them to anyone without hesitation.

Great job !! Very happy with my screening on outdoor kitchen/jacuzzi area! Also my new driveway is the talk of my neighborhood. !!! Projects were professionally done. Clean and efficient. Will use this company again!

I should have listened to the reviews.. Absolute disaster. I signed a contract in January 2023 and put down a deposit. I had not heard from anyone in several month so I started making calls around May to both owners of the company wanting to find out if we were still planned for a July install which I was originally told would happen. They disappeared. For months, I continuously received the message, “mail box is full”. Annoyed at my calls, I finally received an email from one of the owners saying she would send a refund if I liked, I didn’t want a refund, just an install date. I let a few more weeks go by thinking I would still get an update, that didn’t happen and finally concluded that something odd was going on. I ended up asking for that refund. A few days after the request, the other owner went to work trying to justify keeping half of my deposit. He quickly emailed me an “engineering drawing”, I found out from the company that provided the drawings that the request was just recently put in.. At one point in July, the other owner actually answered the phone (the call was made off hours), he told me that they were waiting for the permit. No permits had been filed. I finally received half of the deposit after they deducted phantom fees that made no sense. Run from this company.

I don’t often leave reviews. I will update once completed because I have heard great things. Very hard to get a response back. With Ian I know everyone is extremely busy I would just like to get contacted back at some point. Last contact received was about a month ago. Several unanswered texts and phone calls. I’m not going to rate at very low stars due to the current times and being understanding about that. Can someone just please contact me.

What a great crew! Respectful, courteous, punctual as well as professional. I highly recommend SPS to anyone! As a former contractor, my expectations are high, and this company exceeded those! Thank you Chad and the boys! My lanai is perfect You’re awesome!!!

We absolutely love our new screened in patio! Perfect for enjoying this beautiful Florida weather. I only wish we did it years ago!
