We are a Low Voltage Contractor that did some work for these folks. Seemed nice at first but after we did some work they wouldn’t pay us. We reached out multiple times, also contacted the owner of company we did the contract work for and he said he paid them for our services. Don’t do business with these people or Subcontract work.

I had the same experience as a reviewer from a year ago. It is confusing because this company did a small job for me last year and it was great. Had an appointment with Zach from a month ago to get an estimate on a deck repair before we market our house. He texted to reschedule since it was sprinkling. Said he would reschedule for the next week. Despite my repeated phone messages and txts, I have not gotten any response from Zach. If he doesn’t want to do the job, let me know. It is pretty insulting to be led on when there isn’t any plan to ever respond. Poor customer service!!!

We at Nichols Cauley and Associates are extremely pleased with the complete interior remodel of our Canton office including removal of walls, updated bathroom and kitchen cabinetry, interior paint, and all new flooring. The team at SelectBuilt Construction completed our job as scheduled without delay. They were professional and efficient. There was continuous communication throughout the entire project. I had a great experience with SelectBuilt securing my deck posts that were improperly installed. They were able to come out quickly and finished the job on time, and were clean and professional. Nathan, one of their project managers, stopped by after the job was complete to ensure we were happy with everything, and was very thorough in his explanation of what happened during the process. After I mentioned that I was new to GA and had no idea how to maintain a house out here, he even threw out a couple pointers for some other things we could do around the house. This was a huge help being new to the state. I’d definitely use SelectBuilt again!

SELELTBUILT Construction completed a rear deck stair removal from the top deck to the bottom deck and then updated the stairs to the ground. The work was completed very professionally, and Zach kept us informed of the work schedule. Want to thank Nathan Reed and his team that completed the deck and stairs update. The updates were quickly completed for the entire deck and is far stronger and looks fantastic. The yard around the deck was left as if no one was ever there.

Had to have extensive repairs done due to a leaking dishwasher. Basically had to have the whole interior of our house re-done. Walls painted, walls and ceilings repaired, flooring replaced, whole new kitchen. We now have a brand new home. Want to especially say thank you to our on site manager Nathan Reed. Anything and everything we asked him to do, he went above and beyond to see that it happened quickly. Thank you!

The professionalism of the company is outstanding! They responded within 3 hrs after my first contact! The rates were very compete to the other 2 estimates that I received.I decided to go with them after my due diligence on checking them out! I am so pleased with my new deck and it looks fantastic! I will definitely be using Selectbuilt again!

Pressure washing of home – Select Built did a great job of providing an estimate and completing the work quickly. Even did the job in the rain and cleaned some of extra items not in the estimate. I would recommend them for similar projects. Thanks
