From start to finish Michael and Anna were excellent. They communicated the process every step of the way. There was no guessing on when the installers were going to arrive or finish. I just got my 1992 bathroom updated and I am in love! Elite Bath Solutions did an excellent job at an excellent price. They work for you, the customer, to make sure you are happy. When it is time to do my second bathroom, I am going back to them!!!

I can’t say enough great things about our experience with Elite Bath Solutions. From the first consultation Mike was incredibly helpful walking us through options, time frames, etc. Even after we made our decision to use Elite Bath they were in contact letting us know the order delivery time line and worked with us to reschedule at one point. The installers were great insisting on the highest standards and letting us know that a piece wasn’t up to their standards. Mike was great to rush a new piece and move things around to complete our project before a out of town family visit. I will definitely be using Elite Bath Solutions for our next project due to the white glove service. Also they’re really great people and that means a lot.
