Extremely inconsiderate, most all work is subbed out with little to no supervision. Poor quality builders. They at best COBBLE their homes together. No consideration for the existing community. They leave dumpsters in the roadways, trash everywhere, Play music extremely loud all hours, park numerous vehicles surrounding work areas, trash the roads with mud and debris. Quality homes are not in their vocabulary as they do the absolute minimum to get by.

Warning!! Do NOT purchase a home that has been renovated by Beers Construction Partners. We purchased a home a few years ago, renovated by BCP, and we are still paying the price. Corners are cut in every way that you can imagine. We had to have the basement redone and waterproofed because they used caulk to fill giant cracks in the foundation (and have photos to prove it) and covered a leaning wall with drywall. Had we not done something, the foundation likely would have crumbled in. They poured a cement pad so it leaned TOWARDS the house, which also caused more water issues. They used regular paint on a bathtub instead of fully redoing it properly, so after a week or so of use, the paint just peeled off. The deck that was built was also unstable, not properly connected to the house, and will have to be redone. I could keep going on… Anything to make it look good but not actually have it done properly. Like others have mentioned, they also leave trash everywhere. We are still cleaning up trash left in the yard and surrounding property – insulation, shingles, nails, scraps of wood, you name it. I would give them zero stars if I could.

We purchased our first home and BCP was amazing throughout the whole process. They were willing to make changes we wanted to see and we were able to close on the house very quickly. We appreciate the quality of work and timeliness.

We have just recently had our house built by Beers Construction Partners! We absolutely loved working with them! Glenn, Brian, Ashley, and Chad have all been so helpful and understanding. They listened to our wants and needs. Glenn was absolutely instrumental in things going so smoothly! Highly recommend them! We are SO HAPPY with our house on the mountain in Talking Rock Creek Resort!

The professionalism was outstanding as well as their willingness to make this endeavor as painless as possible for us the homeowner. I had to get some work done to my building after it had water damage. BCP did a great job taking care of everything that needed to get done. Chad and Brian were both in and out of my building making sure things were getting done. I would highly recommend using them for any of your construction needs.
