I own property in the building in which Yurly K. worked as a plumber + Chris Harrison was the Superintendent: four month job replacing half of the structure’s pipes, spring of 2022. The noise and intrusion of strangers was intense. A difficult situation to be living. However, Chris oozed professionalism. His kind and caring demeanor won me over. All of the workers were respectful of me and my space while working in and around it. I trusted him and saw the crew as good, trustworthy guys. Boy was I wrong. Chris is a charmer. He will say and do whatever to get the job done. Once done, so is I&E. No Integrity. These guys don’t follow through on their word if they think that they don’t have to. No Excellence either. At the end of last year, my kitchen sink fell apart. I wrote a detailed letter which clearly spelled out my specific concerns, yet was ignored.

I&E Construction did a great job in completing the Windward Condos renovation job. Gavin was an excellent project manager, keeping the BOD informed with weekly meetings and working closely with the Board member overseeing the project for the Board. He also showed great consideration for the work that was being performed and personally dealt with any concerns owners had and made every effort to make it right with them (much appreciated). All in all an excellent representative of I&E. Trifim did a great job managing the progress of the job, material ordering and change orders. Also attended the weekly meetings and kept the Board informed. A excellent job of overseeing a complex project with significant changes and still keeping within a reasonable budget. Definitely a 5 star job for I&E.

I give this company 1 star because it won’t accept no stars. I have called this company 4 times to get an estimate on some work I need done and NO ONE will call me back. Totally not professional at all!!!

Chris Reutov, Jack Burkoff and Rene Cervantes are currently leading a renovation project in our condo complex, Southshore. Our unit, which is on the first floor, incurred an internal leak caused by an error made by a third party construction crew renovating the unit directly above us. The work being done above us is completely unrelated to I&E’s renovation project. The crew working above us broke a water pipe, causing water to pour through the vents and light fixtures in two of our rooms. My husband, Jeff, happened to be in a zoom meeting with Chris and Jack at the time. Jack dropped everything while Chris took over the meeting. Jack and Rene came right over to the unit above, and immediately worked to stop the water flow, and worked to direct clean up. The crew working upstairs had no idea of what to do in this emergency situation, so Jack and Rene took charge. They provided dehumidifiers and blowers, and came to our unit to help with clean up. They offered dehumidifiers and blowers to us as well. Many thanks to Jack, Rene and Chris for going above and beyond to help us, in an emergency situation that was unrelated to their work here. We have had the absolute pleasure of working with this company for over ten years. Alex, Dimitri and the foreman on there projects are very knowledgeable and very personable. Will be calling for all future jobs!!

After the tree service that we contracted to cut several trees around our home fell one of the trees on our house, we were desperate in our search for a trustworthy and reliable general contractor. We contacted I&E Construction for a referral and they immediately stepped in to manage our residential reconstruction project. From our very first contact through the completion of the project, they responded with caring concern, demonstrated skill, efficiency, and a personalized approach to customer satisfaction. Each one of their experienced team members embraced our project by taking personal ownership of their work and worked in flawless unison with each other to insure that they delivered on their promise to restore our home in a timely fashion. They answered every question and addressed every concern with patience and kindness. They accomodated change requests with flexibility and professionalism. We appreciated the fact that the crew was always on time, they were task driven, they respected our privacy, and they always cleaned up at the end of the day. We commend their integrity, their commitment to excellence, and their collaborative approach.
