They are terrible at answering or providing information for employment. They don’t understand how to treat someone respectfully let alone have their stuff organized. The fact that I had to call to confirm and interview and I get met with “what interview” and then “nobody knew you had one and I’m not sure who it’s with let’s reschedule.” Then I don’t get a time or day to reschedule to find out now I no longer was selected. What kind of place confirms and tells you have an interview to be met with nobody knowing a thing.

I worked at David Nice Builders for 8 years. I was always treated fairly and with respect and this is what I witnessed in how other employees, clients, etc. were treated as well. I completely appreciate having been afforded the opportunity to grow and improve my skills while working there. They supported me both as an employee and in my personal life. They truly approach their business with the mindset that “family” comes first. I will always look back on my time at DNB and be thankful for all the friendships I developed and the knowledge that I gained. This employment experience definitely exceeded my expectations!

They initially contacted me about a job opportunity but after two weeks of trying to speak with the gentleman that called me I will not bother anymore. If the position has been filled or removed, professional curtisy would be in order and notify me of the status. I am a professional and a Architect and i will say no matter what level of skill or experience one has in the industry, if they take the time to show interest in your company show alittle respect and respond back.
