We went through Lowe’s for our bathroom remodel. They contract Re-Bath to perform the work. Though there was some mis communication along the way, the bathroom turned out great. The price was more in line to what we were expecting. Joe, our installer, really was excellent. He took his time and did an excellent job. He even made sure a few of the small things were not overlooked, like a new outlet. We would definitely recommend them.

We had Isaiah Almasy rebath design consultant came for consultation on our bathroom remodeling, He explained to us everything and options that we fully understood ,he showed us samples and see how good it looks in our br,he let us watched a video too how reliable is rebath is and their quality of work and the material that they use he was very patient and professional and very thorough ,we have all the information that we need in considering our plan and decision

I had signed up to get my bathroom remodel with Re-bath last year. They’re staff came to the house and were nice but came off a bit pushy to sign and put a down payment otherwise I would lose the deal I was being given at the time. My bank however denied me and had to start over with another bank, because of that Re-Bath became a bit frustrated with me as I was with my situation at that time after months of waiting on me to be able to fund the project. I understood the frustration but then they kept my deposit and said they would only apply that amount if I came back. I now have the funding however this action of withholding my deposit has left a bad taste in my mouth and I understand the inconvenience but taking my deposit felt in bad faith and has lost me as a potential customer. I learned lessons but buyer beware with these guys.

Joseph showed up to our appointment 20 minutes early and he was ready to answer any and all questions that we had. Joseph showed us all of our options in detail and he did not rush us to make any decisions. My parents were extremely satisfied with Joseph as well and they can’t say enough great things about their installers. We are excited to see the finished product.

Joesph was the sales person that I saw today for my quote, very very helpful in explaining everything and going over design with me. I had a lot of design questions and he was very patient in answering all of it… if I asked him a question that he wasn’t quite sure ,he would call the office and check, which I really appreciated rather than just trying to push the quote through to get the job. thank you Joe for all your time. I appreciate it!
