The experience was a lot better than I thought it would be, being that I called last minute and I didn’t even think I would get a answer but when I called he answered very professionally but let’s jump straight to the cleaning!! My carpet has never looked this good before and I get it done every 6 months and sometimes spot clean from time to time but I was very satisfied with the service!!

I called and they said “hello” so I didn’t even know if it was the right company, and then after I confirmed it was this company, they said they were booked up? Didn’t give me a chance to see if there were any openings. Very unprofessional first impression.

Called to schedule appt. they scheduled me in for a Tuesday at 2:00. They never showed. Called to inquire as to why and they could not give me a legitimate answer. Wanted to schedule me for the next day and I refused.

I lived at the Grove and had to have my carpet cleaned to move out. This company was wonderful. They were very professional, helpful, and fast!! I don’t often write reviews but I had to post something about this crew. Thanks guys 🙂
