NA Design Builders built an ADU for us. This is a professional and responsive company that delivers quality work. Their attention to detail is impeccable. The project was completed to my liking. The project manager was available and responsive. He listened to any concerns we had and handled anything that came up quickly. This is not a company that rushes through your project. They make sure things are completed correctly. Their workmanship is evident in the finished product. Our ADU is beautiful! I would highly recommend this company for any new build or remodeling project.

I have lived in an older home that needed some updates for a while, but after having my second child I really needed some renovations to my home like updating the family room and second bathroom. I spoke to several contractors but decided to go with NA Design Builders because not only did they quote me the best price but they also were much more willing to work with me one on one to accomplish exactly what I wanted in the project. Everything turned out so wonderfully and I am very grateful to have chosen them.

NADB supported us in a full home remodel here in the Hollywood Hills/Laurel Canyon in 2022. We interviewed 4-5 other contractors and firms prior to committing to the build with Nate and Naphtali at NADB. This was due to their willingness to visit the site, their collaborative one on one approach, and their ability to align on a timeline and budget for the project that was within our general budget. Other builders quoted us double NADB’s proposal and would not confirm a timeline for completion. As we were expecting our first child that year, time was of the essence. NADB’s team was skillful, pragmatic, and direct while remaining collaborative. Naphtali was with us every step of the way and was often on site himself to oversee the project. When opportunities or challenges presented themselves, we were presented options, not panic. No project is without complication and that is especially true with a hillside property but they were truly good partners in solving those complications. NADB consistently demonstrated professionalism and I thank them for their help in building our forever home. In the end, NADB met the timeline for the build (nearly to the day), and the outputs absolutely met and/or exceeded our high expectations. I would certainly consider them support to support a future build.

After Covid and realizing that our backyard with a run down 1952 garage and grassy area with a trampoline was not functional for our family, we decided to borrow against our house and redo our backyard. We turned the garage into an ADU and the grassy area into a plunge pool and spa, adding to that a barbecue and seating area. We could not be happier with the outcome and I am still pinching myself that this is my backyard. Thank you so much to Nate and Naphtali and the whole NA crew for making our dreams a reality for years to come!

NA Design Builders are an amazing group of talented individuals that work as a team to create a beautiful space for your needs. They turned our outdated kitchen, family room and guest bathroom and made it feel magical and so beautiful. We were going to move into a bigger house but after what they did we decided to stay and are so inspired. Love the detail. Thank you Nate and All the team at NA Design.
