My wife and I chose CorRenovations for our basement bathroom installation because we wanted a more personalized remodeling experience. We had previously used two larger remodeling firms for other projects, and although we were happy with the final result of both, the experiences themselves left something to be desired. When you hire a large remodeling firm you have to juggle multiple contacts–the designer, scheduler, project manager, business manager, lead carpenter, etc. It can become a tedious, time-consuming, and often frustrating process. So in choosing a contractor for our bathroom project, we looked for a smaller firm that would simplify the process, allowing us to enjoy the final product without having to endure unnecessary headaches during construction. We could not have been happier with our choice of Cory White and CorRenovations. From our initial meeting through the final walk-through, Cory provided an exceptional remodeling experience. When I first called Cory to schedule an estimate, he promptly replied and showed up on time. We discussed the project and he drew-up plans and a written estimate, which he emailed within days. It was so refreshing to have someone return a call in a timely manner, show up on time, and then follow through! Cory maintained that level of responsiveness and timeliness throughout the project. Any time we had a question or concern, Cory was always available to discuss it. And when we wanted to expand the scope of the project to include additional plumbing and electrical work, Cory was prompt with estimates, and with completing the additional features. The project was done on-time and on-budget, and the craftsmanship was top-notch. Cory eliminated virtually all the stress associated with a remodeling project through his outstanding organization, communication, flexibility, and responsiveness. Many people who have remodeling projects comment that while they are pleased with the final product, the process was a nightmare. Our experience with Cory was a fantastic finished product, and an exceptionally pleasant and easy process. If we do any remodeling in the future we will definitely work with CorRenovations again!
