We initially purchased a Groupon for discounted window cleaning and were going to also have them clean the gutters. Due to a computer issue, they did not arrive for the appointment. They rescheduled for the following day and also were a no show. At this point I got a refund on the Groupon and was going to look for someone else. Nelly from Abracadabra called and was extremely apologietic. She offered to come out with the crew personally and offered to honor the Groupon even though it was refunded. They did an amazing job (inside and outside windows, gutters, and stils). While we had a bit of a rough start, they definately made it right !!

They arrived on time. Went to work in a totally professional manner. They answered all of our questions. This was the second time I had them. The first time was all the windows and they did a great job so I had them back for gutter cleaning, windows, a high hanging entry way chandelier and pressure wash. Our house looks so good. They gave us a very fair price and superior work. Couldn’t ask for more.

I’ve been semi-cooped up for the better part of a year now due to COVID n haven’t spent much time looking out my windows. Happen to pull up the blind on the big window in the living room n I’m a bit ashamed to admit, it was filthy. Chose Abracadabra on a whim n am so glad I did. Guys that came out were very personable n professional. No wasted time; all business. I know it sounds cheesy n you’re probably gonna think I’m blowing smoke, but having clean windows has made a big difference in my overall attitude. Especially now that I can once again visually eavesdrop on my neighbors. (Just kidding, well almost)

Fantastic company! Had 2 young gentlemen (Torrance/Bryce) come to do a house wash and clean the windows… they were ahead of scheduled time/very professional and courteous. They went above and beyond my expectations.. they even cleaned a couple of mirrors for free! Highly recommend Abracadabra!
