Gary and his crew built our new Timbertech deck this summer after they completed demolition on the original wooden deck. Throughout the entire process, Gary kept us informed regarding the city inspectors, materials and the schedule. Whenever an issue arose, he worked with all parties involved to resolve matters as efficiently as possible. Gary, as well as the crew, were friendly, professional, conscientious and they all had a very good work ethic. We are so pleased with our deck and we would highly recommend Gary and Nava Contracting Company.

I worked with Gary of Nava Contracting Company in February 2022 renovating a house to sell. It hadn’t been refreshed in any fashion for around 20years. The initial quote was well within my budget. Once he began pulling carpet and linoleum out of the house there were further issues identified. He appended those further repairs seamlessly to the quote and it did not adversely impact the timeline. In retrospect the only issue I have is that we didn’t take before pictures of the property. All work was completed prior to the initial schedule and it was a ridiculous value for what we received. Gary let me know if there were any delays or concerns the second he encountered them. Overall, extremely easy to work with, exceptional value for the price, and the results were jaw dropping. Gary is now my go-to for any remodel projects I have in the future.

I was referred to Nava Contracting Company a few months ago for a major renovation project. This involved repairing the foundation of the house, taking down some walls to open up the space, remodeling & painting the kitchen, and installing LVP flooring throughout the entire house. Gary and his crew really impressed me! Not only do they do quality work, they were very communicative throughout the entire process and I never felt like I was in the dark about anything. Communication is key when working with contractors, and these guys maintained contact every step of the way. Gary’s dad is awesome! He’s very smart and had some great ideas that I did not think about. Gary and his crew are also very honest about what they know and what they don’t, which is another important factor. You want someone who who knows what they’re doing. In the end, I was very satisfied with my project and everything looks absolutely amazing! My vision became a reality! If you’re planning on working with them, I would say that you absolutely need to know what you want. These guys aren’t designers, but if you communicate things clearly, they will go above and beyond! I highly recommend them and I will absolutely hire them again!

We’ve hired Gary and his company on several occasions, most recently they completed repair work for a client preparing to sell their home. Communication is always prompt and we were able to get scheduled quickly. They kept us informed throughout the process with special attention to managing our expectations, and even performed minor maintenance tasks that were needed without asking. I hired Gary and his team for a long list of repairs in between tenants at a rental house I own. It was a few days of work, and they showed up on time and completed the repairs as expected and for the price they quoted. I’ve hired them a couple of times since then, and will certainly work with them again in the future.
