Too expensive, for one rank changes, she charge 15, and 3 name tapes are 7 each. On post only charges 3.5each. Toooooo price, can’t ford.

I came in TDY requesting my uniform be altered with CPL ranks. On Tuesday OCT 18th the rude woman in the front told me it wouldn’t be ready until Monday. That Thursday I went back in to ask could she just keep the SPC ranks because I don’t have my 4187. She caught an attitude and started yelling talking about paying again if they were to do that, (which I didn’t understand if she told me it wouldn’t be ready until Monday.) she called me Saturday and I missed her call, and called back not even a minute later with no response. I come in today (Monday) and ask about my uniform still having CPL ranks prepared for whatever price I had to pay. She literally argued with me and told me to go somewhere else with my 150 spent and my uniform still messed up with damages she claimed the company wouldn’t take responsibility for. I was asking her questions, literally had the most respectful tone. My advice is to pay the $200-300 and not ask any questions if you don’t want to be disrespected and denied service. Pray for this bitter old woman and her services as a cashier.

I went to get my assault pack, ruck sack , and helmet cover sown. Something thats always been around $40. Charged me 143. Shes overcharging soldiers

I was recommended to this place when I first got here,and have been here about three times to have worked done to my agsu’s, and I haven’t had a problem yet. Pricing is a little high but not horrible.
