This is amazing company. Owner Ervin, Dany and their team are so professional. They did amazing job in my house renovation. They know what they will do, everyday on time show up and very friendly stuff. I will definitely work for rest of the my house master and hall way bathroom with this company. In a word, outstanding! They epitomize what business ethics should be, provide top-notch service while making a buck. Fair pricing, superb craftsmanship, dedicated to ensuring their finished product is beyond satisfactory. They did a full remodel of our kitchen and refinished our hardwood floors. We had to get our hall bath redone due to a cracked tile that we neglected over the years. We were worried mold had spread behind the walls and wanted to finally address it. After many months of looking for the right company we hired KBA. No need to look any further!!!!!! This company is legit. I was very concerned at first because this industry has a lot of fly-by-night companies that rip you off. Mr. Edwin the designer in sales was VERY professional and patient with us answering all of our questions and easing any concerns about the process. This was our first bathroom renovation, and boy were we worried what could happen! We are NOT DIYers and knew this required a professional. We watched so many videos of all the things that could go wrong. Walking into this project we didn’t know what to expect. Mr Edwin gave us guarantees and delivered on his promises with excellence. Mr. Ervin, the owner and job-site foreman, was very nice, professional and understanding. The crew he sent to our home Dario, and Yuri were the most respectful crewmen we have yet to hire from any company. They cleaned up EVERY single day and ensured that the dust wouldn’t get all over the house by creating a barrier. They were punctual and never took a break except for lunch. They treated our home and pets with respect. They were very meticulous and asked us what we wanted every step of the way. The quality of work we got for what we paid was superb. I would recommend this company to anyone and would hire them without hesitation for future projects! Thank you to the staff of KBA Kitchen and Bath Design and Build, our kiddo has a new, modern and sleek bathroom that would be used for years to come. You made us so happy! I, without a doubt, recommend KBA Kitchen & Bath Design and Build!! Their quote to remodel our master bathroom was the best of three we obtained and working with owners Ervin and Dani Aguilar was refreshing after being let down by so many others in the past. From designing our vision of the space to taking care of our punchlist, KBA was exceptional. Ervin and Dani managed the project and were involved every step of the way to include providing helpful suggestions and flexibility if we had changes. The KBA team was professional, talented and very dependable. They also took extra care to ensure areas not being worked on were protected and cleaned up the work area every day. We love our new master bathroom, finished ahead of schedule, and will NOT hesitate to use KBA for future projects as well as share our very positive experience with others !

Called the team to fix a leak in the basement bathroom and was very satisfied and impressed on the professionalism of the team. They went above and beyond with the repairs in making sure all aspects of the bathroom are in top working order. I am very happy with the service provided and will definitely be calling them back for any future repairs/ projects.

KBA is phenomenal! They did my guest bathroom and basement bathroom. Quality work, cleaned up each day, great communication and no surprises. Work done on time, at agreed upon cost. Just spectacular workmanship. Highly recommend!

KBA has been the best decision we made to renovate 3 bathrooms. 1. Pricing- very very competitive. I had taken quotes from 6 licensed contractors from Angi, yelp and just Google search. They beat all! 2. Organization- they took 1/2 day to just tape and protect all the non accessible elements to ensure dust or flooring is not impacted for this long term project. Workers would be here exactly 8 am and leave around 5 including Saturday. 3. Cleanliness- They would do as much cleaning as possible every evening to ensure you are not bothered every night. 4. Quality – Work as pictures show, it’s beautiful. All the lines angles and perfection that would exceed your expectations. Materials used were at par with industry standards and waterproofing was also perfect. Even glass installer were surprised how precise the lines were. 5. Above and beyond – they fixed issues like water damage, vent disconnection, incorrect wall angles at very reasonable price. 6. Kudos – to Dany, Urias, Joseph, Chris, all other workers who helped throughout last 3 weeks. I would recommend this company without any doubt.

KBA Kitchen and Bath did my kitchen remodel and I love it. Savannah did an amazing job with the kitchen design. She included everything I wanted and made it work with the space I had. Ervin’s crew was fantastic, they were always on time and respectful, they made sure the process went smoothly. I definitely recommend this company. I live in Winchester and they are located in Warrenton.
