We have reach a month since the owner replied to my review and still NO PHONE CALL OR TEXT Well we are on week 3 still no phone call or text.Now since the 24 hour has expired and now a week has gone by since the( OWNER )replied to my review and still NO PHONE CALL OR TEXT tells me alot about this company so now my one star is now a negative star to go along with my mixed match grab bars Well it’s been 24 hours since the owner replied to my review and still no phone call or text but it doesn’t SURPRISE me at all. Well been it’s been since March of this year that me and my wife had our bathroom remodeled and still no word on the correct grab bar. Texted Jessica April 8 after the installer came back out to install the correct grab bar turned out it wasn’t but did installed another grab bar outside the shower at no charge but the problem is they don’t match so now after spending ALOT OF MONEY we are stuck with the wrong grab bar and two grab bars that don’t match VERY disappointing on how this has been handled but I guess they got there money and now we are forgotten. But it’s there loss because we have another bathroom we want to get done and possibly of a walk in tub installed.

These two young men that did our bathroom were outstanding and professional about their work. I am very pleased with the job. I recommend this company to other people that are looking for a better looking bathroom.

They put the shower in correct but they did not do the window the base doesn’t drain correct and to clean the shower stall will cost your. BOB !!!!!

Evan and Jorge were amazing and very professional. They seemed very young when I saw them but oh my goodness. They were excellent and I definitely would recommend them to anyone. They cleaned up behind themselves each day. Thank you to these guys!!!! A million stars!

I would love to give Virginia Shower and Bath a 5 star review. I really would. Our shower came out beautiful, the customer service prior to the shower installation was excellent. But once our shower was installed and we started paying on the loan that’s when customer service fell through. I have been trying to get a service panel installed on our shower since the showers original installation. I have called numerous times to schedule and appointment. Each time I get told I will get a call back. I have not received a call back and the job is not complete, however I am paying the loan. Please have someone contact me to rectify this situation and complete the work we paid for. Thank you.

I’ll start from the initial phone call for the appointment, the detailed sale presentation/explanation, to demolition, installation to clean up, everything was very professional and detailed. Honorable mention to Steve Pezzella sales rep, the installers; Mr Alex and his assistant, Mr Cody and his assistant for an outstanding finished product. I had two bathrooms redone, their quality of work and and knowledge is perfection. The materials that VSB uses are the highest quality, I’m very impressed. The office personnel(Ms Jessica) are accommodating and will treat you right. I also had the trim and gutters replaced, as like the bathrooms, nothing but perfection and the installers are the best that I have seem work on my property. Look no further if you want responsible and good quality of work this is the company that you want in your property.

Virginia Shower and Bath offer a product that we believe is superior to others. Our experience with Austin and Tommy lasted about 6.5 hours and did include some high pressure sales tactics. However they were extremely professional and transparent about what we were asking for. There was nothing hidden in their sales pitch and Austin and Tommy went well above and beyond ensuring that they understood what we wanted and provided insight that allowed us to make educated decisions. We went with Virginia Shower and Bath becuase of the product they deal with and the backing of Paramount and Kohler. Austin emphasized that their installation team are all employees and they do not subcontract the work. We are very excited about this project and belive that Virginia Shower and Bath will take care of us throughout the process. Thank you Austin and Tommy for all of your time and helping us through this major decision process.

1) Due to projected stormy weather I was informed 1.5 days. 2 days vacation days 2) Incorrect fixture colors loaded on truck. Instead of coming back next day- work request decided with no input from me and oh by the way, has to be scheduled only on Fridays (more vacation time). 3) I found big hole in wall in my hallway with sloppy spackle job- no one told me. 4) Next morning one of hard surface wall cover was disengaging from glue, slightly but noticeble. 5) I was upset so came out next evening, WRONG type spigot loaded on truck – trip to Home Depot, installed non kohler spigot and it leaked around back of spigot and the divert didnt work. Shower came on all the time with diverter valve malfunctioned. Had much coordination for work and always around other jobs after some other installation. 6) I perceived I was no priority, after all my money already done. No care or sense of apology, felt more like I was a bother. 7) Finally fixed and I still have questions about water back flow coming out of spigot and water temp mix is not always consistent when I’m not adjusting. 8) Experience was miserable for me. I love the Lux stone and that is all. CUSTOMER does not come first once hook is in.

We are really enjoying our new shower enclosue. The installation was done in a day and a half with no problems. There was some damage to the walls, banster on the path to the shower and bathroom ceiling was scraped in two places. We noticed that the sliding glass doors are not level, one side slides towards the middle about 2 inches and there is a very small nick on one of the luxstone walls. Overall it looks great but there are a few small problems.

Overall the the crew, construction, and the final product was rated 5 STARS!! Job well done!! The construction was not completed as advertised because someone did not size the shower floor correctly which required us to wait another 5 weeks for the right floor to be received. Meanwhile we were inconvenienced by having to shower in another section of our home. We also requested a corner shelve to be installed and somehow it was not added to the contract. I would highly recommend Virginia Shower & Bath for your custom bathroom remodel. All staff were professional, courteous and a pleasure to communicate with.
