Tucson Home Works is exceptional! I had them work on several projects of various sizes in almost every room, including replacements of a nightmare sliding glass door, a window, a vanity and toilet, and kitchen flooring and back splash. Elmer and Adam were responsive and always courteous. They and the crew (Pedro, Tyler, and Raphael) worked quickly and professionally; they were attentive to quality and detail, and made sure I was satisfied with the results. I have other projects coming up in a few months and will definitely call them again.

Professionalism, Communication, Expertise, Efficiency, Knowledge, Pricing, Punctuality, Attitude, Resourcefulness…… Elmer and Adam checked all the boxes during our kitchen, guest bathroom, and master bath remodel! They worked closely with us as we were our own designers for two of the projects, they tirelessly assisted us in being sure our vision was brought to life, very flexible with plan changes. They always kept us informed regarding scheduling, and were very respectful of our property and the fact they were working in our home, and keeping areas cleaned up each day to be as unobtrusive as possible. And they loved petting our dog! Communication was very easy as they have such great attitudes and obviously care about the quality of their work. The subcontractors they brought in had the same professional attitude and expertise. They created an atmosphere of cooperation with all working together with fantastic results. Based on the reviews that we read about Tucson Home Works, we decided to call them to give us an estimate for a shower renovation in our ensuite bathroom. We were not disappointed! Elmer Nunez called us back almost immediately, which was impressive in itself. A few days later, Adan Cuevas came over to meet us in person, find out what we wanted and come up with an estimate. Adan was so punctual, that too was impressive. He also listened to everything we had to say and then made some suggestions that improved on our aspirational ideas. He followed up with emails and we received a fair and comprehensive estimate a couple of days later. Adan told us how much tile and bullnose to order and even thought we placed the order, the day before the work was scheduled to begin, he picked it all up for us. He also supplied the adhesive and the caulk for the corner shelves we ordered from Amazon. The day the work was to begin, Adan and his helper Pedro arrived promptly. They set up in our garage and they were very conscious not to get our hallway dirty. They were so thoughtful and considerate. The first day they put up new towel bars for us and then patched and painted the holes where the old towel bars had been removed. Then they framed out the custom bench and the custom shelves in our shower. They worked a full day and only took time off when things needed to dry out. Adan also took the initiative to purchase whatever other materials he needed. The job needed two more days so that they could tile the custom bench and the custom shelves and then apply the grout. We are so thrilled with the work. The finished product far exceeded our expectations and we would gladly use Tucson Home Works for any home renovation job and have already recommended them to our friends in the area!

Elmer and Co. are professional, communicative, courteous, and extremely motivated to do whatever is necessary to complete the job at hand. They promptly packed and moved all of my stuff within the time frame they quoted. Their expertise and work ethic were clearly demonstrated right away. If I wasn’t moving out of Tucson, I would continue to use and recommend their home services and repairs.

Elmer is amazing! We have worked with him on diverse projects throughout the last 5 years. These have included both interior and exterior jobs and ranged from repairs to remodeling parts of our house or yard. Elmer can tackle just about any job and is our go-to person when we run into something that needs professional attention. He is always highly responsive, professional, timely and good to his word.
