Mario has been absolutely amazing to work with. He is currently doing a near-complete renovation of our 3000 square-ft home. I highly recommend him! He is extremely hands-on and great with communication. He really goes above and beyond to make our house look amazing. His pricing is great as well! Will post before and after pics when available.

Now, if you read any of my reviews you know I consider myself a service hound! What that means is that I enjoy fast, quality, courteous customer service. And that is just what CSR Pros gave me. Mario, the owner of CSR Pros sent a team member out right away to assess my situation. Once they got the information they needed my job is complete in days! Not only were they fast, but they were completely professional, fair in their pricing and flexible overall. And they cleaned up their mess!!! I highly recommend CSR Pros. And I look forward to having them in my home again for all of my future renovations

We had a great experience with Mario. We needed a simple and quick job done and they were quick to respond to my inquiry and were able to help us out for a great value. And while Mario was here, he helped fix a water flow issue in our kitchen sink within a few minutes. Definitely keeping his business card handy!
