I love the prompt and professional service. I had two rooms that had become a storage dump spot and needed cleaning badly. It was a lot of work that became too much to handle. D&M came in and got those rooms spotless in records time. Will definitely call them again

I have been using Matthews Cleaning Service for years to clean out my gutters and pressure wash my house. They always do an excellent job every time! I would recommend them to anyone!

Very, Very disappointed with Matthews. We have been using them for over 20 years. Under new ownership so BEWARE!!! Took our rug to be cleaned did not tell us they could not re-deliver as we were moving. Told us if we wanted to pickup could only pickup between 8-8:30 in the morning. Again, none of this was communicated before they took the rug. I called and talked to the new owners. I was surprised to hear them tell me they need to make money, could not make money if they re-deliver to our new house, the main thing is they need to make money, not serve a 20+ customer. I told them I was willing to pay extra to deliver as we could not pickup between the hours they sprung on us and we are in our 60’s and probably could not physically pickup. They did not care, again it is about how much they make. So we agreed to pay them $300 to deliver to us in Hampton from Senoia! When they arrived today, they complained, did not want to put the rug back out, and again, complained the entire time here even though we paid $300 to re-deliver! They did not even know how to unroll the rug! It is so sad to see a business like this go from one generation to the next and go downhill so quickly. I would never, never use this business again.

I was trying to get my carpet stretched but this isn’t a service they offer. They referred me to another company that does this. It turns out that company doesn’t do it anymore. So Erin called around and found 3 people who do offer carpet stretching. I found it amazing that I wasn’t even able to use Matthews but they still took the time to find me a whole list of other companies. I appreciate you so much and will definitely use you when I need carpet cleaning.

Friendly service, quick to come out and clean as well as quick to finish job. Great price. Got every single stain out of my carpets and they look brand new!
