My experience with Watermark Design has been nothing short of smooth & overall amazing for our full kitchen renovation! I had interviewed a few different contractors and found Jason to be a great match. He was “on it” and responsive from the get-go and very personable. Every time that I would reach out to Jason or Joey, they were fully aware of EXACTLY what was going on with our specific project. His crew (and even the subs) were incredible to work with and I felt very safe and comfortable with them in my home. We had an issue with the flooring (It was our tile issue, not theirs). Watermark Design and their subs were so patient and innovative when it came to working around this issue. They spent plenty of time coming up with options to make sure I got the look and design I wanted and make sure I was happy. Again, this was no fault of their own so the fact that they took time to make it something that I would be pleased with meant a lot to me. I am picky and very detail oriented, so I let him know up front that I would be picky with the finishing work. When it came time for the punch list, they addressed every issue on our list and made sure we were happy with the result. Highly recommend and will be using them in the future!

My experience with them was nothing short of exceptional, and I could not be happier with the result. From the very first interaction, communication was outstanding. Everything was clearly explained, from the options available to the timeline and pricing. Their team was readily available to answer any questions I had and kept me informed throughout the entire process. The professionalism of the crew was truly impressive. They arrived on time each day, worked diligently, and always maintained a clean and organized worksite. They took pride in their craft and it showed in the meticulous attention to detail. One of the things I appreciated most was their speed and efficiency. They completed the entire project perfectly on schedule, without compromising on quality. My beautiful new paver patio was ready to enjoy weeks ahead of the other companies that quoted the work. We were unsure of the color and final touches needed to make this project ours and they assisted in every step. Nick handled the initial appointment for the layout and paver selection. He was knowledgeable and gave suggestions and guidance where it was needed. Jacob handled all the communication from their online information board. This made all information easily accessible and the payment process felt secure. Joe supervised the job and followed through at every step of the way and asked for my input when needed for the fine-tuning details. Overall, I cannot recommend Watermark Design and Build highly enough. They exceeded my expectations in every way and delivered a stunning backyard transformation that I will enjoy for years to come. If you are looking for a reliable, professional, and fast paving company, these guys are the only one to hire.

Jason and his staff went above and beyond to build an outdoor kitchen for us. It also included a beautiful outdoor shower on the back of the masonry structure. I could not thing of one negative thing about my experience. I highly recommend this company

Watermark is a great company to work with. They communicated with me throughout the whole project and were quick to answer any questions I had. My project came out beautiful and I highly recommend Watermark for any remodeling in the greater Tampa Bay Area!
