Mitch came out today to discuss a shower renovation. He was extremely friendly and easy to talk to. He was very knowledgeable and helpful when it came to determining which material, color, and design for the shower. Hopefully when they come out to do the install, it’ll go just as smoothly. I’ll try to remember to update once the install is done. Edit: Had my install today. It took all day, but since it was my day off, it wasn’t an issue. It looks beautiful. I have to wait 24 hours for everything to dry for me to be able to use it. But I’m so excited because it looks great.

Mitchell was very knowledgeable and accurate. He even went under my house to check for leaks and any damage to any sub-flooring. He was very personable. I trust max home and the company Jacuzzi.

I had Mitch come out and give me a quote to replace my windows. It was a great meeting. Mitch was great, he showed me the different windows and explained how the whole process works. Very knowledgeable and great customer service. Anyone needing new windows or a bath remodel I recommend calling Mitch at MaxHome. He will take care of you.

We just purchased new windows for our home from Max Home of Tallahassee. We scheduled an appointment with their sales rep, Mr. Mitchell Locke to discuss which windows to purchase and all of the available options. Mitchell was a pleasure to work with. He was extremely thorough, professional, and very knowledgeable about all of their products. I had to replace windows due to Hurricane Idalia. Connie explained everything I needed to know about the vinyl windows I chose. She had samples of the construction features of the windows and color samples. She went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable and she took her time to answer all my concerns and questions. The windows were more expensive than I wanted, but the professionalism and quality offered by Max Home was the deciding factor. I did not bother to get more estimates because I knew this company was the right call for me. Thank you, Connie, for the time you spent with me and the NO Pressure sales approach. I plan to use Max Home for future projects because I trust them and trust in a company is often missing these days. Thank you all so much! I needed to amend my review above. It is now a few months after the windows were installed. It was a nightmare trying to get my windows installed. The first set of windows did not fit due to incorrect measurements. Each time someone from Max Home came to my home, it was a different person. So I had to constantly repeat messages and problems. The second set of windows fit, but the surrounding areas of drywall were destroyed by the workers. They initially tried to patch broken pieces of drywall together, but I refused to accept such shoddy work. I had to repeatedly call and demand action. Finally someone came to replace the drywall, but I could tell he did not know how to finish off the drywall. I finally just accepted the work because the process wore me down. It took 4 months to get 3 windows replaced. So beware of this company. The sales pitch is wonderful, but the actual job was a nightmare for me.

The product is high quality and we really liked the added bonus of hurricane protection. The discounts were a plus as well. But the main reason we chose to go with your company was Mr. Battle’s knowledge, professionalism and curtiousness. He made us feel like we made a deal with a friend.
