My father was fired from this company after 24 years of dedication, he went on every out of town job and was a model employee and has received many awards from the company. All because after biting his tongue for years and enduring a poor attitude from another employee my father finally went to his boss and asked HR to do something about this other employee. My father took a week of vacation and said I’d like an response/fix from HR when I return in a weeks times… the boss never went to HR, my dad went to work on Monday, no one said anything. Tuesday afternoon the boss says, “we’re cutting ties”. My father is 5 ish years from retirement, why do i feel like the company is trying to screw him out of his retirement. My father has been abused by this comapany, berated by this other employee, and now lied to by his boss. Not impressed VIP!
