Had a great experience with Gavin of the mold removal and mitigation crew. The work was done quickly and professionally with consideration of my time and furnishings. He was a pleasure to work with and was very knowledgeable about the job and processes. He also answered all the questions I had during the process.

Initially the process of my ceiling repair statis post leak from a bathroom and repair of bathroom was slow. However the workers were professional and covered / protected my carpet abd furniture. My experience with the project manager was not good because initially she did not seem to know what was going on nor cared abd communication skills fairly poor . However when the manager Vince cane to inspect the work after I called him told him mu complaints, everything went smoothly. Vince was very knowledgeable. Professional and an excellent communicator. He showed the men/ workers things that needed to be done in the bathroom; areas to be painted neatly , vanity adjustments etc some things I myself did not know was needed. After the changes my bathroom was done excellently. Vince is an asset to any company he shows interest and care as if it were his own company.it is hard to find employees who treat your company and customers the way Vince does. Many don’t care about the name of the company and professionalism. Also, contractor Oswaldo was professional and did good work and Eduardo who works on the vanity was professional. Contractor that did the vanity Calcutta quartz counter top did quality work and showed great professionalism. Overall the manager Vince made the process , smooth , professional and one can trust he has an interest in providing good quality / top of the line work not just any thing that can pass as ok. Great job Vince , I would recommend Cinergy because of your hard work , professionalism , knowledge and ability to communicate clearly and intelligently to your customers.

We had a fire in our house recently. Our private insurance for the house used Cinergy Restoration. We could not be any happier with their service. We lost our whole master bedroom in the fire and thanks to Gavin he made the experience of restoration smooth for us. Gavin was on time every day, always showed up when he said he would and was very professional. I am truly grateful to Gavin for helping us through this difficult time. My boyfriend is in a wheelchair and they took care of moving all the furniture cleaning up the debris from the fire. Gavin also kept us abreast of what would be next steps; communication was very good. I would highly recommend Cinergy to anybody that has a need for restoration services whet their ti be to fire, mold, anything else.

Peter LEMUS and his group are fantastic. The work they do is amazing and top quality. We had mold due to foundation leak in our home and they took care of the mold and rebuilt our bathrooms and damaged areas in the home. I can’t thank them enough. It was a lot of work and it took time to complete, but we are very happy. I will recommend them to everyone.
