Kitchen Remodel & Wall added. I highly recommend New Life Properties! From start to finish . . . every person on their team was professional and always positive. They cleaned up at the end of each day and made the remodeling process seamless. If there were any issues, it was solved. Ruy was amazing and went above and beyond. They were here when they said they would be and on time. Mike has a great eye for quality and assured that everything was top notch! My project was treated with such care, as if it was their own home. They really know the Sun City homes and the nuances that these home have so they can help create solutions for the way these homes were made. I knew exactly what I wanted and how I wanted it to look and they came up with even more ideas to enhance my vision! Nora provided great ideas & follow through and Michelle was wonderful and easy to work with on the financial side! In an industry that can be so volatile, they were truly a Godsend! Couldn’t be happier!!

Renewed Life just completed my kitchen backsplash and I am thrilled with the results. Every person involved was on point and pleasant to work with. Nora was great helping me choose the materials and Ted did an excellent job of installing the tile. Mike and his entire team were very courteous, professional and attentive. What a great company. We got a beautiful whole bathroom remodel for less than the cost of just a shower remodel from the one-day shower companies, and we got tile. Their workers are careful and make everything look and function perfectly. They know how to handle the quirky Sun City showers and tubs. They offer many design choices so you can get the exact look you want. You won’t be disappointed!!

What a disaster! Quartz is pretty, but poor quality. Installer was rude, didn’t cut counter correctly. Job was dragged out over a long period of time. Bathroom counter was demolished before they found out that the installer had not brought that slab.

One word: Perfection My house went from hot mess to fab in a very timely manner with the best contractors out there. They remodeled my entire house and I was only on the street for 1 night (lol). I am still amazed! They are a reasonable, kind and caring team. I’d use them again without thinking twice. Thank you Renewed Life Properties team. You guys rock!

Great team and we are very pleased with the final results. We removed a part of our kitchen and installed a large Island with cupboards. One small glitch that was immediately dealt with. Prompt, professional and attentive. Would highly recommend Renewed Life and intend to go back to them when we tackle the bathroom renovation.
