I did not use Arthur Construction, but instead they were contracted by VDOT (?) to pave our street after many years. I returned one day after work to find our mailbox had clearly been hit and damaged during the grading process. When I went to look at the Google reviews, I was skeptical that anything would be done about it. I must say that I was pleasantly surprised and they absolutely addressed my issue in a quick and professional way. Many kudos to “Mauricio” for making it happen. The road looks great as well. Well done, Arthur Construction!

Second time i’ve almost been in an accident caused by an arthur vehicle. This time I am sending the dashcam footage to the internet… Absolutely terrible drivers.. Please train your staff better.. Says a lot about your establishment

Paved our whole neighborhood, except our street & one side of another. Claimed it was because of the rain. When never completed, said it was because of a dispute with gas company. Gas company said no dispute.

Damaged my windshield, and take no responsibly! I, as in other reviews, have called a few times a week for the past few months to speak with Tony Araujo . He was never in the office, so I left messages each time, and have never received a call back!

The work they have done on valley ave in winchester is horrible. the patch work is awful. I have seen them dig a massive hole only to refill the hole at the end of the day, seemingly doing nothing. then dig the same hole the next day. only to repeat that cycle for 4-5 times now. company will without asking take up a businesses whole parking lot with machinery and equipment. I would stay away from this company if this how they handle their projects
