Worst experience of my life, lost thousands of dollars and money was stolen. Took a much larger deposit than was even allowed by Florida law, never built anything for over 16 months. When they agreed to dissolve the contract and make installment payments back to us for a small fraction of the money – they stopped paying, violated our settlement agreement, and stole our money…again. Look up their BBB profile and court hearings in Pinellas, that will tell you all you need to know. How the PCCLB allows this to continue is beyond me.

We hired TP3 to remodel our kitchen in August of 2023. The overall experience was horrible and the quality of work was subpar in our opinion. As of today, 6/4/24, TP3 has not paid the electrical subcontractor for our project. Our project was completed in April 2024.

Beware! They take your money and do not build your project. I have paid them a lot of money upfront, and I don’t even have the foundation in after a year and a half. All I have are leins on my property from unpaid subcontractors. Don’t give them money. Find someone else. Update: I have had to hire a lawyer to try to get my money back. All he does is stall and drag out the process. He seems to know every loophole. Do not trust them with your project

TP3 did a full house renovation for us. From the day-to-day crew, to communication with the owners, our experience was outstanding. As you know, nothing ever goes as planned with anything related to construction, so fast, responsive communication was very important to us. When there were supply delays or other unforeseeable issues, we were promptly made aware. Of course, we changed our minds on a few things, and they were consultative and offered alternatives and solutions. Just loved our experience with the whole TP3 team. Give ‘em a call!

I had the pleasure of working with TP3 to assist me on a large addition project to my mothers home in Saint Petersburg. Evan met with me the first day, and helped me with the design and layout to be able to get plans for building. Along the way, Evan stayed involved with my project, having his “hands in the pot”, throughout the entire project. This came as a relief as I was able to be in contact with the original rep from start to finish. What most impressed me was the transparency on their end of foreseen changes and cost increases and decreases. With a project so large I expected some fluctuation, and by the end the only things that we saw changes on were directly from the list we originally went over. To top it off, Evan and his entire team down to the workers provided special care to my elderly mother and made her feel comfortable with the whole process. This team really cares about what they do and providing their customers care and value.

They did an amazing job in my house material shortage did effect but nonetheless in the work was amazing the quality is superb and I would definitely recommend the friends family anybody who asks top notch any other projects in the future going to call them

On week 18 of an “8 week project.” Was waiting to write a review out of fear that things would be stalled and less work would be done if I wrote one, but I don’t think it’s possible for less work to be done. Hired this company specifically because we wanted to support a local business, someone from our neighborhood. Clearly a mistake and would advise others to go elsewhere. There is no communication. No schedule. No urgency. No idea when or if anyone will show up to work (although at this point I basically expect that no one will). Dodged phone calls when we try to figure out when we can expect things to be done. We’ve been without a washer and dryer for over 4 months. The only time we’ve seen urgency is when they’ve sent a bill for things that were misquoted by them at the start, even when nothing about the project has changed, when they’ve sent a bill for work that hasn’t even been completed yet and are expecting payment, or when they wanted to put their sign in front of our house before the work even started that we’ve now been staring at for months, along with a disgusting overflowing dumpster. Only giving 2 stars because the work that has been done looks great and we actually like our project manager as a person, but none of that outweighs the frustration we have felt from this project. The entire process has just been a misrepresentation of what we were told we could expect from this company – time, money, professionalism, all of it. Extremely disappointing and would not recommend.

TP3 was very professional from the beginning. I was in the middle of a project and needed something done right away. TP3 came over and provided a quote and timeframe. They were willing to schedule with the current contractors. The timing and quality of work performed by the foreman/Project Manager and the crew exceeded my expectations. The Foreman/Project Manager was very communicative, knowledgeable and courteous. I highly recommend TP3 and may have them do more work for us.

Trey Payne, the TP of TP3, showed up on time, and thoroughly inspected deck, reviewed the original building plans and measured everything. When I asked him how much it would cost, he said he didn’t know yet, he would have to cost-out the materials and calculate the labor. I knew then that this was the person that I wanted working on my home. Within a few days, he got back to me with a detailed quote of materials and labor. Trey was very upfront, very honest, and very fair. If the need arises again, I will do business with Trey and TP3 without hesitation.
