Recently, I had a PWC Swing Lift installed at my dock. Decks Docks and Seawalls did an excellent job throughout the whole process. Shannon, who is the main contact is wonderful at her job working with the local city of Redington Shores and Pinellas County permit departments and was excellent at keeping me informed. Shannon is organized and has excellent follow up skills.

Richard and Shannon did a great job of navigating the frustrating permit process. Not only were they able to get the permit approved, they got more approved than I thought possible. Richard and his crew were very professional and did top notch work. The project was completed quickly and they kept the job site immaculate.

My wife and I cannot begin to say how happy we are with our experience with Decks Docks and Seawalls of Florida. Shannon Feeley was amazing and went out of her way to assist my wife and I through the building process. She listened to our requirements and provided three different quotes to choose from including photos of various options. The Construction Team; Stephen, Tyler, Brianna, and Devon were awesome. They were positive, friendly, caring, and professional. We could not have asked for a better construction crew. They answered any questions we had and quickly addressed any concerns. Owner, Richard, was on site the last day helping and ensuring everything was perfect. Our new dock is beautiful. Better than we expected. The pilings and supports are all top quality and all the hardware is stainless steel. I would highly recommend Decks Docks and Seawalls of Florida to anyone looking to build a new dock. You will be 100% satisfied with your decision!

Excellent quality boat lift with even better customer service! I quoted several boat lift company’s in the area before going with these guys. Richard (Owner) was competitively priced from the start and took the time to explain various aspects of the boat lift that I should be looking at before selecting one – I appreciated that. Shannon took care of the permitting and back office side of things flawlessly. I was constantly up to speed about where my permit stood with the County and City and was always updated with an accurate ETA. After installation, my lift required some minor adjusting and Richard himself showed up on his barge and ensured the lift was sized perfectly for my boat. This company provided customer service you just don’t find anymore and they stand behind their product. I can’t recommend them enough.

We had a fantastic experience with Shannon, Richard and his crew. Shannon worked thru some newly implemented and confusing dock regulations for our permit and they built the dock that we wanted!!! Richard told us when they would be finished which we thought was a bit optimistic and then they finished early:) They are all a pleasure to talk with if you can catch them not working for a minute. Our dock looks fantastic… with tight joints, straight cuts, level and square. With lots of beefy stainless hardware! It’s a tank!! As we like to say at our house “No post purchase anxiety” with this job!

Richard, Tricia, Shannon and the entire team provided an impressive level of. Service, experience, and effort to get my boat lift licensed, built, installed, and configured for my slip. They did. A most excellent job and I do highly recommend them. They are awesome.
