Doesn’t stand behind the work of their subcontractors. Forces homeowner to take legal action to remedy a 20 month driveway that is disintegrating. Claims freezing snd ice damage despite no other driveways in neighborhood having similar issues. Provided proof that only time vehicle was driven was at tail end of recent storm on only one occasion, yet they claim this is “normal”. This was a bad pour or bad mix by unskilled labor. See photos. Properly poured concrete doesn’t disintegrate, wherever there is two day snow storm or not. Updated with photos showing the daily disintegration of my driveway that ARK installed with TN Volunteer Materials and Comcrete. They claim this is a normal result of freezing and thawing, but it is happening when it’s 80 degrees.
