I can’t speak highly enough about the professionalism, quality, communication, and efficiency of Berry Built. We worked with the Berry Built team to complete a full kitchen and living room remodel, and we are absolutely thrilled with the results. Berry Built worked with us through every phase of the project from initial planning to design to budget to on-site work to completion. Everything was done in-house, which made the project completion very smooth. The designers and the contractors were all working together on the same page, which made selecting and purchasing materials very efficient. Berry Built did all of the work of planning and coordinating, which really helped to relieve the stress of the project. Once the project was a go, Berry Built took care of every detail. Our project was completed exactly on time and, most importantly, UNDER BUDGET! That never happens! But this speaks to Berry Built’s efficiency, coordination, and communication. No time was wasted. Each day, the project manager would send me a text message with the plan for the day, so I was always informed of what to expect. I knew who was coming to the house, what materials were being delivered, and what was being worked on during the day (electric, plumbing, etc.). The on-site team was also very diligent about cleaning up at the end of every day, which helps reduce the inevitable mess that comes with such a large project. The team’s cleanliness was also a great help in keeping my small children and pets safe. We are VERY happy with the final outcome. The work is of high quality, and it’s exactly what we wanted. About 3 months after the completion of the project, Matt and Sarah (the owners) came by the house to see the finished work and to make sure we were happy with everything (we were). This final little piece of closing the loop is so important, and it ensured that we had time to live in and use the space before signing off on the completion of the project. A renovation like ours is very stressful, but Berry Built made the process as smooth as it could possibly be. If you’re looking for someone to do a home renovation, I don’t think you’ll find anyone better than Berry Built.

We had the pleasure of working with the Berry Built team to remodel our kitchen, two bathrooms and main floor flooring. They were very thoughtful and professional throughout the entire process. They were very good about communicating every step, cost, and timeframe. All of their employees are extremely professional, work hard, clean up after themselves and honestly, just a joy to have around. I have only wonderful things to say about this company. Definitely recommend!

A few months ago I had my bathroom completely gutted and remodeled by the Berry Built team. It was a positive experience from beginning to end. The design team had helpful suggestions for materials, colors, and fixtures to fit the style of my 1920s home. The demolition and construction workers were polite, respectful, and professional. The work quality is outstanding. When any issues arose, they were attended to immediately. I was especially impressed by the daily communication and updates from the project manager. I am extremely pleased with my beautiful new bathroom and highly recommend Berry Built and Design!

We had a complete kitchen remodel by Berry Built about 6 years ago and couldn’t be happier – we recently had water damage from the washing machine to the hardwood floors and other areas that were part of our original remodel. The crew were prompt, professional, respectful and friendly. They also remembered us from the remodel. We could not be happier with the results. It definitely looks as good as new. From ownership to employees, this is a first class company and we recommend them to anyone who wants quality work done

We hired Berry Built to design and remodel our kitchen. From the very beginning, they listened to our needs and wants and designed the kitchen of our dreams. All details, big and small, were carefully and expertly orchestrated with such beautiful craftsmanship. The entire team was made up of such honest, hard working people. Our space was kept clean, the crew kept right on their timeline and we had daily communication with the Project Manager. We could not have had a better experience. We absolutely recommend Berry Built!

Matt and Sarah were a pleasure to work with…in sync during the design and constuction phases and very clear about setting the requirements before the work began. The design phase was great, we appreciated the insights and their willingness to listen and incorporate our ideas. The construction phase was on time/schedule and great to have the daily am updates on work scheduled and inputs required from us. Overall, we are so pleased with the process and outcome…the Berry team listened to our feedback, committed to fix any outstanding issues and were a pleasure to work with, highly endorse!

Late last fall we had Berry Built transform our new home. They completely remodeled the main floor of our home, with the bulk of the work being done in our kitchen, dining area and our bathroom. This is the second time we have had Matt and Sara and their team remodel our kitchen, and as a result we went into the project with complete trust. In fact, we left for four months and came home to the completed work. This was completed on time, within budget (except for changes we made mid project), all while dealing with the COVID restrictions. Sara’s creative insight and Matt’s attention to detail and knowledge of construction make them a stellar team. In addition the other members of their team are highly qualified professionals and skilled craftsmen and all are totally service oriented. We were kept continually updated through text, email, and photos. All of the subcontractors and workers treated our property with complete respect. We could not be happier with the results.
